You know K-Rock. We’re Newfoundland’s Classic Rock with Campbell, Candice and JLaC. But now, it’s time for us to get to know YOU.
We have a rare opportunity to join our team this summer, Rocking the Road for 2026. What does that mean? It means hitting the highways and broadcasting back to K-Rock from the biggest events this summer. Hanging out with the K-Rock Nation in the metro area’s hottest spots. Oh, and linking our audience up with that all-important, in-demand K-Rock swag! You’ll also work closely alongside our sales team to bring our clients’ messages, products and services to life through on-air broadcasts and K-Rock’s social media presence.
It’s an exciting, varied position, perfect for someone who meets the following criteria.

HOT 99.1 is the soundtrack to feeling young and living your best life. This summer, let’s turn up the fun—together. We’re looking for someone who gets that energy. If you’ve got a big personality, love being the life of the party, and can’t resist a good selfie, this might be your perfect summer gig.
We’ve got a rare opportunity to join the HOT Team this summer—and it’s not your typical 9 to 5. You’ll be HOT on the Street for 2025, repping the brand at the biggest events, hottest hangouts, and community celebrations. You’ll help bring the energy from the street to the studio by going live on location, posting on social, and handing out HOT swag everyone wants to get their hands on.
You’ll also work closely with our sales team to bring client campaigns to life in fun, creative, and unforgettable ways—whether that’s through live hits, TikToks, or that magic moment when someone wins an on-the-spot giveaway.

Reporting to the Director of Traffic, the Team Lead will be responsible for supporting a team of Traffic Coordinators across the Country, while also handling the Traffic responsibilities for a group of stations themselves. Stingray – a leading global music, media and technology force – has an immediate opening for a full-time Traffic Coordinator. This position aligns with the Atlantic Time zone but is open to candidates located anywhere Stingray Radio has an office.
In this job, you will:
- Prepare daily logs for up to five radio stations
- Reconcile daily logs and investigate discrepancies when required
- Work with other traffic team members to provide advice and establish best practices
- Collaborate with Sales Managers on features and inventory control
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of commercials
- Work with Program Directors to maintain synced traffic & music logs
- Assist Account Executives with WideOrbit orders when needed
Required skills and qualifications:
- Must possess strong organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based and constantly changing environment
- Excel in a multi-deadline environment
- Strong interpersonal and time-management skills
- Experience with radio traffic would be beneficial
- Demonstrates unwavering integrity and professionalism

Sales & Marketing Support Specialist
We are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Support Specialist to liaison between our Sales and Programming teams. This role will focus on driving collaboration, executing marketing campaigns, and supporting revenue growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, creative communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact between Sales and Programming, ensuring alignment on goals, managing promotional meetings, and supporting campaign development.
- Sales Support: Build and maintain sales materials, including packages and promotional tools, while ensuring rate cards and contracts are up to date. Generate reports to support sales strategies.
- Programming Support: Coordinate promotional opportunities, manage station events and contests, and ensure consistent branding across digital platforms.
- Administrative Tasks: Oversee data entry for orders, submit ad copy requests to the creative team, and report on campaign performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the radio broadcast industry and digital marketing platforms would be an asset
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Experience in sales support, marketing, and event coordination.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, team-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
